A gratitude journal, in which you list 3 things every day that are good in your life, can be a powerful tool for self healing.
Close your eyes and envision yourself in a moment of happiness and health. Sense every part of your body. Visualize your healthy self from inside and out. Practice visualization in the morning before you start your day and at night before you go to sleep.
