First and foremost, STOP ALL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. This can be challenging, especially at the beginning. The more you practice, the better you'll become.

Rid yourself of stress and worries.

Negative feelings may impair your ability to self heal.

Find a relaxing place to meditate.

Take the time every day to reflect and concentrate on the good in your life. Begin by being grateful for what you have. Even if you're sick, be thankful you're alive right now. Appreciate that you have this opportunity to move forward.

A gratitude journal, in which you list 3 things every day that are good in your life, can be a powerful tool for self healing.

Close your eyes and envision yourself in a moment of happiness and health. Sense every part of your body. Visualize your healthy self from inside and out. Practice visualization in the morning before you start your day and at night before you go to sleep.
